Ordering

Shipment within the Netherlands: when we receive your order before 11pm from Monday to Friday, your shirts will be sent to you on the same day. This generally means that your order will arrive the following day, although in some cases this may take 2 or 3 days. We always strive for delivery as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee the delivery times of our carriers. Our logistic centre is top-notch, almost completely automated and super fast, meaning a delayed package is most certainly due to our carrier.

Our only point of sale is in the webshop. At the moment we don’t have a physical shop or showroom.

At Girav, each item is unique, and the production process may sometimes cause slight variations in length and width. While we do our best to minimize shrinkage during production, there may still be small differences between items. If you notice that the item you ordered significantly deviates from the desired length, we are here to help. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please let us know if this is not the case.
