Payment options

With the Dutch iDeal payment method, you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe and easy way. With iDeal, you will be redirected to the payment environment of your Dutch bank during the payment process. You have the option to pay by iDeal if you use internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq Bank, ING, Knab Bank, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot, Handelsbanken and Revolut.

How does the refund after a return work?
If you return products, the amount will be credited back to your bank account after we have processed the return. You will receive an update about this by email.

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to the PayPal website during checkout.

If you are new to PayPal you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account and confirm the payment. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your username and confirm the payment.

How does the refund after a return work?
If you return products, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. You can indicate in your PayPal account whether you want the refund to be transferred to your bank account.

To use Apple Pay at checkout, you must be signed in to your iCloud account and add a debit, credit, or prepaid debit card to your Wallet.

With a return, you will receive your refund on the original payment method linked to your Apple Pay account.

Klarna carries out the direct or post-payment process for Girav. We apply the following conditions for paying afterward with Klarna:

• The billing and delivery address must be the same, this cannot be a PO box.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• When you have received the order, you have 14 days to pay your bill.
• The invoice will be sent to your e-mail address.
• If Klarna does not accept payment during checkout, you will be automatically returned to the payment page. You can then choose to pay for your order differently.
• It is important to note that you are entering into a payment commitment with Klarna and not Girav.

Has the payment through Klarna been declined? Then this can have several reasons:

• The entered data is not correct.
• The address is not recognized or it is not the address where you live.
• You still have outstanding invoices. You have to pay this first before you can pay with Klarna again.
• The amount of the purchase is too high, which means that the credit risk for Klarna is too great.

Always nice to receive or to give: the Girav Giftcard. With this Giftcard you can pay in our webshop. You can choose the Gift Card at the payment methods and then fill in the details. The amount of the Gift Card will then be deducted from the total amount.

If the total amount of your order is more than the value of your Giftcard, you can pay the difference with another payment method. If the total amount is less than the value of your Giftcard, the difference will simply remain on the card as a credit for the next time. You can use this credit for your next order until the expiry date of your Giftcard.

The Girav Giftcard can be combined with a discount code.

How does the refund after a return work?
When you return, you will receive a Shop Credit on your account with which you can place your next order.

Both during checkout and in the shopping cart, you will find the field “Add Discount Code.” Here, you can enter the code (pay attention to uppercase letters and dashes).

You can redeem your store credit on the payment page, under “Other Payment Options.” You need to be logged in to your account for this.
