Right of withdrawal/Cancellation policy

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers in the European Union and other applicable jurisdictions. Customers outside the EU benefit from our voluntary 100-day return policy.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow the return instructions below. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. If you make use of this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay by email.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen days after the day we receive back the goods from you, or if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to return your order

Items you wish to return must be unused and unworn, preferably with the original labels attached and in the original packaging. The absence of original labels or packaging may result in a reduction in the reimbursement amount, but does not affect your right to cancel.

Please remove or cross out all existing shipping information (addresses and barcodes) from the packaging and ensure your order number is clearly visible on the parcel. Please avoid damage or soiling of the goods. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Please note that compliance with the above instructions is not a condition for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Please retain your proof of postage until reimbursement has been received.

Voluntary return policy: 100 days

(Note: the following section describes a voluntary return policy offered by Girav and does not form part of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.)

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, Girav offers a voluntary return period of 100 days from the date of receipt for all customers worldwide. This allows you to return items even after the 14-day statutory period has expired. The return period begins on the day after you receive your order. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as underwear.
