Online purchases from Girav can be returned within 100 days.

We offer free returns for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria. In all other countries, return costs are at your own expense.

The purchases can be tried on at home, just like in a shop. The items to be returned must be unused and unworn, with the attached price tags and returned in the original packaging.

Returns within Europe

For all other countries returns are not free.

Returns outside Europe

I want to chose my own carrier. What is the return address?

Of course, you can choose another carrier at your own expense. You can then send the parcel to the return address below. To avoid delays: please make sure that our provider sticker or your order number with contact details are in the box. Then we will know who the sender is.

Can I exchange an item?

Direct exchange of an item is unfortunately not possible. The fastest way to receive your desired item is to place a new order and return the other one to us.

Refund

Processing a return can take up to 14 days. When the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible. If the order has been paid (partly) with shop credit or a gift card, the used credit will be refunded to your customer account.
