To decide on the best fit it is important to know your body measurements. Follow the easy steps in the video below, then compare your size to the product size chart to find the fit that's right for you. Are you in between two sizes? Choose the larger size if you prefer a looser-fit. For a close-fit, choose the smaller size. Sizes are shown in centimeters.

1. Take the tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your chest.
2. Run the tape measure around the fullest part of your belly.
3. Measure around the fullest part of your neck.
4. Measure from the tip of your shoulder to the bottom of your wrist.
5. Measure from the most prominent bone in the neck straight down the middle of your back to where you want the shirt to end.
