Shipping costs

Shipping rates vary per country. Please take a look at our shipping rate table.

Shipment outside the Netherlands: when ordered before 4pm from Monday to Friday, the shipment is processed on the same day and sent to you with FedEx. Delivery will generally occur within 3 to 6 days.

In the mail or package delivery?

When you order one item (including one of our 2-packs), we send the product to you by regular post, meaning you’ll receive your order in the mail. When you order two or more items, your order is sent to you by package post.

Your order will then be delivered to you in person by an employee of the selected carrier (within the Netherlands) or FedEx (outside of the Netherlands).

Delivery times

Shipment within the Netherlands: when we receive your order before 11pm from Monday to Friday, your shirts will be sent to you on the same day. This generally means that your order will arrive the following day, although in some cases this may take 2 or 3 days. We always strive for delivery as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee the delivery times of our carriers. Our logistic centre is top-notch, almost completely automated and super fast, meaning a delayed package is most certainly due to our carrier.

About Customers Outside of the EU

For dispatch to countries outside the EU (also Switzerland and Norway), VAT won't be charged. These packages may be assessed for import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the country concerned.

Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Girav Long Fit webshop won’t collect any import fees deposit during checkout. Additional charges for customs clearance will have to be borne by the recipient.

These import charges vary per country and we can’t predict what they might be. If you would like more information on import duties please contact your local customs office.

Complaints

At Girav, we take all customer complaints seriously. If you have a complaint, comment or suggestion about a product you have ordered, please send us an e-mail at [email protected]. The Girav team will contact you within three working days by telephone or e-mail to find an appropriate solution.

Payment methods

You can pay quickly and safely using the following payment methods:
 

iDEAL

iDEAL is the number 1 payment method in the Netherlands. Pay by selecting your bank and filling in the details. You might need your cardreader or telephone to finalize the payment. For more info, see www.ideal.nl/en.

PayPal

A safe and very easy way to pay. You need a PayPal account to do this, but it's our personal favorite since you don't have to reach out for you cardreader or telephone. For more information on PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com.

Credit card

Choose this option if you wish to pay by MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
